New: Report Academic Information For Students Over 21

Effective September 2025, high schools in Ontario are able to report grades through COLS for their current full-time and part-time students who are over the age of 21. These students are Group B applicants.

Through a new option under Service Links called “Document Upload – Over 21s”, you are able to upload proof of registration, midterm reports and transcripts (in PDF format only) to support your over-21s’ progress in their course(s).

This is a streamlined process that saves both schools and universities time and effort in producing, sending and processing multiple documents.

You upload only 1 document. The OUAC will then matches it to the student’s Undergraduate application and forwards it to each of their university choices. Universities consider the documents to be official.

Note: The “Document Upload – Over 21s” option is not intended for students who are Group A applicants. Grades for Group A applicants are sent in grades file transmissions or added manually to COLS through the Academic Information option.
